Sweet Chocolate Lab: One year old in Arlington, Tennessee

We have a one year old lab (she turned one on April 29th of this year) that is incredibly sweet and highly intelligent. We got her when she was just a few weeks old and have loved having her in our family. She is a full-blood lab: her mom was a yellow lab and her dad a chocolate. She is house trained and is excellent with children. We have a 5-year old (with whom she is an active playmate), a 2-year old (where she is a friendly companion), and a 7-month old (with whom she is a calm and sweet jungle gym.) We absolutely hate to see her go, she is as lovely as can be (though she is still very much a puppy and is very playful and energetic). It is a set of unforseen circumstances that make it so that we cannot keep her. We do not want her to go without insuring that she will be tended and loved, so we are asking for $150. We are sending everything with her: she has a large dog kennel (which she isn't a huge fan of but will go in if she has to. She mostly uses it to store ropes), a large water bowl, a regular food bowl, her collar (although we will take her name tag off since she it has our phone numbers on it), her two rope toys, her leash (a retractable leash that she has teeth marks in from bringing it to us to go for walks), whatever remaining food she has at the time of pickup, a box of milkbone treats, a brush for her coat, her shampoo, and her heartworm prevention medicine (right now she has 4 months remaining).
